A Study of Educational Technology Awareness of B.Ed. Trainees

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the educational technology awareness among teachers trainees and some variables affecting it. The sample consisted of fifty teachers trainees studying in College of Education affiliated to K.S.K.V Kachchh University, Bhuj . Normative survey method was used for the present investigations. Educational technology scale constructed and validated by investigator was used. Result shows that the student teachers differ significantly in their attitude towards educational technology with regard to their gender, educational qualification, area. Urban teachers trainees educational technology awareness was greater the rural teacher trainees. Post Graduate teachers trainees educational technology awareness was greater the Graduate teacher trainees. Female teachers trainees educational technology awareness was greater the male teacher trainees.
