ગુજરાત રાજ્યના ગ્રંથાયલોના ગ્રંથપાલનો કાર્ય સંતોષ: એક અભ્યાસ
Abstract
પ્રસ્તુત સંશોધન પેપરમા સશોધક ગુજરાત રાજ્યના કર્મચારીને મળતા કાર્ય સંતોષ પર અભ્યાસ કરે છે. જેના માટે તેઓએ 100 ગ્રંથપાલને પ્રશ્નાવલી આપી તેમનો પ્રતિસાદ મેળવ્યો જેમાથી માત્ર 50 ગ્રંથપાલે તેમનો પ્રતિસાદ આપેલ છે, જેના દ્વારા સાબિત થાય છે કે ગ્રંથાલયના કર્મચારીઓ નો સૌથી મોટો અસંતોષ નો પરિબળ તેમને મળતુ અયોગ્ય નાણાકીય વળતર છે આ ઉપરાંત અન્ય પરિબળો પણ આ લેખ મા દર્શાવામા આવ્યા છે.
